Great news! We are building a new production facility in Niederlangen on the A31 motorway. At the new location wood and steel construction will be combined and extended by coating. Components up to 50 m long and 5 m wide and with a maximum weight of 80 tonnes can be produced as separate items in the future.
A bridge we built in 2017 was completely destroyed by the flood disaster. Within a few days, we sent in an installation team to clear the riverbed. We dug out the destroyed bridge and disposed of it. In the next few weeks we will assemble a temporary bridge.

Design
Block beam bridge with GFRP surfacing, balustrade and handrail made of steel. In this design, laminated timber beams that are bonded to form blocks act as the main supporting structure consisting of three block beams beneath the carriageway.
Prefabrication
The three bridge segments will be prefabricated in the factory. The GFRP surfacing, balustrade and handrail will be mounted on the block beams. An EPDM seal will be installed beneath the surfacing.
